Sam was born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome and as an infant underwent multiple surgeries. Now he is 16, strong and healthy. One of his uncles wrote this story as a gift to Sam's parents. Illustrated, designed and hand-crafted as a child's picture book, the story of Little Wing has become a family treasure.
